Position: Client Account Technician
Salary: £45,000 plus bonus and package

The Role
You’ll be responsible for ensuring high-quality data management and system maintenance, while supporting clients and colleagues with technical accounting processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with large datasets, and building strong relationships across teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle and validate large datasets, ensuring accuracy through quality assurance checks.
2. Resolve queries from delegated authority clients, offering timely and professional support.
3. Provide technical assistance to internal teams and business managers.
4. Review and maintain technical items across company ledgers.
5. Support quarter-end processes and regulatory reporting requirements.
6. Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
7. Collaborate closely with colleagues across business units to deliver a high standard of service.

Skills & Experience
8. Strong knowledge of insurance or reinsurance business.
9. Familiarity with delegated authority models (preferred but not essential).
10. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets.
11. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
12. Educated to degree level, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
