Qualifications
* Team Supports a multitude of apps for the business.
* Informatica – migration into the cloud.
* Top 5-powercenter, informatica data quality, automation, systems integration, file transfer tool experience, ITIL experience, Communication is HUGE for this role (comms with Informatica customer and community).
* Experience providing oncall support, workload adjustments within Informatica.
* Team is looking for ADMINs not informatica developers due to the work & support needed.
* Should be able to understand the current informatica (9.2) upgrading to 10.5, data center (holistic understanding).
* Leadership experience.
* Support docs for oncall tasks.
* Incident management.
* change management.
* Proper communication upwards-they will be having tough conversations with the customer (change management or incident management), someone who can explain clearly and communication challenges/solutions effectively.
* Experience working with large groups.
* Informatica solution experience is key here---medium-expert level.
