We are on the lookout for a Marketing Campaign Producer to join our team to help deliver excellent work for our client. Could this be you?
Marketing Campaign Producer Responsibilities
* Develop and sustain excellent working relationships with client stakeholders at all levels
* Use templates and HTML to create engaging and high-quality email campaigns
* Own and run status meetings with clients, securing client confidence, as well as managing expectations and holding them accountable to milestones
* Perform quality assurance to the highest standard, using both software and real-life testing to ensure all work renders as expected on all devices and email clients
* Maintain excellent project admin; producing timing plans, status reports and internal documentation
* Own and manage resource allocation for projects; handling changing task and project priorities effectively to ensure consistent delivery on time and within budget
* Support the preparation of client budgets
Marketing Campaign Producer Requirements
* Excellent communication skills
* Motivated to meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment
* Strong relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
* Solution-oriented with a hands-on approach to solving problems
* An exceptional eye for detail
* Flexibility and collaboration to support both client objectives and delivery by the team as a whole
* A pro-active mindset, with a drive to learn and develop new skills
* Strong understanding of Microsoft programs (i.e. Word and Excel) as well as the Google Drive equivalent
Not essential, but nice to have
* An understanding of HTML, with or without WYSIWYG editors
* Experience using Salesforce for email creation and testing
* Experience using Email on Acid
