Sales Administrator This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a busy customer-focused sales office, supporting order processing, customer enquiries and internal sales administration while delivering high standards of customer service. If you’ve also worked in the following roles, we’d also like to hear from you: Sales Coordinator, Customer Service Advisor, Sales Support Coordinator, Order Processing Administrator, Customer Service Coordinator, Sales Support Administrator This role is known internally as a Sales Coordinator SALARY: £24,000 to £28,800 per annum LOCATION: Irlam, Manchester, North West England JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent JOB OVERVIEW We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Sales Administrator to support a fast-paced window solutions business within a customer-orientated sales environment. As a Sales Administrator you will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately and enquiries are handled professionally, while working closely with internal teams to meet delivery requirements. The Sales Administrator role is well suited to someone who is organised, confident on the telephone and able to build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues alike. DUTIES Your duties as the Sales Administrator include: Order Processing: Acting as the first point of contact for customer orders and enquiries Customer Liaison: Communicating with customers to provide updates, resolve queries and maintain service standards Internal Coordination: Liaising with manufacturing plants and warehouses to ensure timely product delivery Sales Team Support: Providing comprehensive administrative support to the internal and external sales teams Account Administration: Working with Credit Control to help maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts Relationship Building: Developing positive relationships with new and existing customers via telephone contact Claims Handling: Processing customer claims in line with company procedures Sales Strategy Support: Assisting with the delivery of the Window Solutions sales strategy General Administration: Carrying out day-to-day office and administrative tasks as required CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Essential Previous experience in a customer service, sales support or administrative role Strong communication skills with a professional and confident telephone manner Good computer literacy, including experience using office systems and databases Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy office environment A proactive, hardworking and conscientious approach to work Desirable Experience within a customer-orientated sales office environment Knowledge of construction or building products Experience liaising with manufacturing, warehouse or logistics teams APPLY TODAY… By submitting your job application to us you are hereby giving us your express consent to submit your details to our Client for this purpose.
