The school is a fantastic environment that both staff and students benefit from, providing education to children aged 4-17. As a Social and Emotional Support Worker, you will be able to use fantastic facilities and an amazing pastoral system with professionals to advise you as well as full training being provided. These services will provide you with the means to support students facing turbulent situations and challenging situations with their emotions.
The role of an Social and Emotional Support Worker:
* 1-1 basis support
* Collaborating with on-site psychologists
* Teaching therapeutic techniques
* Identifying and regulating students’ triggers
* Encouraging independence and healthy coping mechanisms
