Main Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with requestors, ensuring clarity and accuracy in purchase requests, fostering seamless workflow and compliance with established guidelines. Implement and adhere to procedures and policies for requisitioning and order management, ensuring smooth operations. Drive the creation of purchase orders and oversee related procurement activities, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
Assist buyers and procurement category managers in compiling comprehensive price lists, facilitating streamlined procurement processes. Proactively manage work item resolutions, addressing any quantity or vendor mismatches in collaboration with business process outsourcing partners and buyers.
Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, internal teams, and category managers, promptly addressing any emerging issues, and facilitating escalation processes when necessary. Enable contract management within the system, ensuring accuracy and compliance, particularly at our headquarters.
Utilise your analytical skills to perform spend reporting and data analysis, providing valuable insights to support front-office operations. Actively contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives and champion the implementation of guidelines and operational procedures for procurement and contract administration. Collaborate closely with external teams, such as the Supplier Enablement Team, leveraging data-driven insights to drive efficiencies and enhance procurement practices.
About You:
Familiarity with SAP systems is essential for navigating procurement processes and systems efficiently. A high level of proficiency in Excel is necessary for data analysis, reporting, and other essential tasks to allow you to effectively assess and address evolving circumstances.
You possess the ability to distil complex information into practical solutions, navigating challenges with a pragmatic approach. Your ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing is crucial.
