Job Description
We are excited to offer the position of Senior Multi Hotel Revenue Manager within our Revenue Team at the London Support Office. If you're seeking your next challenge, this could be the opportunity for you!
Key responsibilities include:
* Revenue Management Strategies: Implement overall revenue management strategies within the defined portfolio, ensuring alignment with global corporate strategies.
* Main Tasks: Deliver services per contracted agreements, focus on customer satisfaction, create hotel-specific strategies to boost revenue, and maximize KPIs. Utilize the C.A.D.R.E method (Collection, Analysis, Decision, Recommendation, Evaluation) to ensure proper implementation.
* Competitor Analysis: Lead benchmarking processes, define competitor sets, support analysis of competitors' content, pricing, and strategies, and advise on market share strategies to outperform competitors.
* Forecasting: Initiate short- and long-term revenue forecasts, identify opportunities, and strategize to improve revenue and profitability.
* Reports & Meetings: Prepare reports, analyze regional events, and participate in monthly meetings to strategize and improve results.
* Support: Support hotels on rate collections, distribution contracts, and group evaluations based on service agreements.
* Communication: Act as the liaison between regional revenue managers and the MHRM team, ensuring clear communication and instruction adherence.
Qualifications
* Minimum undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in the tourism industry
* At least 4 years of experience as a Multi Hotel Revenue Manager
* Proactivity, persuasion, flexibility, customer focus, strong communication skills, relationship sense, team support, analysis, and strategy skills
