Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Team Manager on behalf of its client for an Occupational Therapist role. The ideal candidate will have experience in social care and management and will lead a multi-disciplinary OT team based in Solihull.
Team Includes:
Community, Duty, Housing, and Children’s OTs
Supported By:
3 Assistant Team Managers
Reports To:
Head of Service (also an OT)
What will your responsibilities be?
1. Operational team management
2. Oversight of assessments, adaptations, and equipment
3. Staff supervision and service development
4. Partnership working and safeguarding
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
5. HCPC registered and actively maintaining CPD
6. Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
7. Experience in a local authority setting preferred
8. Strong clinical reasoning and leadership skills
9. Based in Islington, with travel for community visits
