* Salary - We pay top quartile market salaries

* CQC Compliance Thank You Scheme - Home Managers receive up to £4,900 for a successful all Good CQC inspection and up to £9,800 for an overall Outstanding CQC inspection. Amount depends on occupancy on the day of inspection
* Joining Bonus - £3,000 paid on successful registration with CQC
* Holiday - 33 Days including Bank Holidays
* On-call - We believe in all our team having quality time off with no interruptions from work. Therefore, we have put an on-call in place that ensures that our home managers are never on-call at weekends.

A little about Nightingale Nursing and Care Home
Nightingale Nursing & Care Home is based in the centre of Edwinstowe, near Mansfield. The home, although purpose-built, has been made very homely, and has a selection of garden areas, in line with Jasmine's values and ethos. The home provides personal, nursing and dementia care to 49 residents. The home requires a Home Manager that is committed to embedding a positive culture within the team and engaging the team to work in line with Jasmines values.

Day to Day Responsibilities for Home Manager:
To achieve Jasmine's Mission and Aims in the home you manage by:
1) Doing everything you can to develop, motivate, and improve the wellbeing of your team to ensure a positive working environment
2) Ensuring all your residents are provided with the highest standards of care and your home is fully compliant; and
3) Ensuring your home's occupancy increases safely and once full to ensure it is full at all times
Whilst always prioritising the above, the job holder must also ensure their home's profitability, in order to maximise the money available to reinvest in improving their home, Jasmine's other homes, and for Jasmine to purchase additional under-performing homes, as part of its mission to improve elderly care
Essential Requirements for Home Manager:
* Minimum of three years' experience as a Registered Manager of a residential or nursing home
* NVQ 3 in Care or equivalent and willing to study for NVQ 5 and/or NVQ 7 (or a registered nurse)
* Full Driving Licence
* Computer literacy (particularly email, excel spreadsheets and word documents)
* Must live 20 miles of Care Home and / or within 30minutes drive per google maps
Preferred Requirements for Home Manager:
* Five years' experience as a Registered Manager of an elderly residential or nursing home
* Proven track record of turning around a elderly residential or nursing home
* Experienced with embedding a positive culture within a home and reducing team turnover as a result of this
* NVQ 5 and/or NVQ 7
