Our client is an established business based outside Dungannon, they are currently recruiting a front of house Receptionist / Administrator to join their team.The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for both telephone queries and customers visiting the site and will be responsible for a range of duties.This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding business that will offer full industry training and the opportunity to progress within the company.Job Duties:
* Establishing customer requirements when they arrive on site
* Handling telephone enquiries in an efficient manner
* Offer advice and provide quotations if required
* Invoicing on computerised system
* Recording cash and card payments
* Communication with stores/ workshop
* Basic purchasing duties
* Updating stock records
Criteria / Specification:
* Previous administration experience – 1 year
* IT literate
* Excellent communication skills
* Highly organised & attention to detail
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Previous customer service experience desirable
Hours of work
* Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm
