Position : Research Officer (SO)
Pay Rate : £19.59 per hour
Hours : Full time, 37 hours per week, 9am to 5pm: Monday to Friday
Duration : up to 29th March 2026 with possibility of extension
Start Date : 5th of January 2026
Location : Jubilee House, 111 Ballykelly Road, Limavady, Co.Derry, BT49 9HP
Job Duties:
The role will involve:
• Contribution to the drafting of delivery business cases for new schemes.
• Collation and analysis of delivery-based reporting data to establish the progress of new schemes towards delivery targets.
• Involvement in monitoring of business cases outside the Unit which impact on the Future Implementation Programme.
• General secretariat support e.g., coordinating meetings, taking minutes, record management.
Essential Criteria:
• Educated to a degree level
• Minimum of 2 A-Levels Grades A-C
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs Grades A-C (including Maths & English)
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Suite products
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
• Effective organisational skills, the ability to work independently, managing and responding to changing priorities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be able to show evidence for all education certificates
Desired Experience:
• Experience working in government or public sector
