About the role
This role joins our Professional Filter team to be part of delivering great service to our business customers across the hospitality and catering sectors. Working as part of the customer service team, you’ll be talking with existing customers to produce and follow up on quotes for ongoing work such as filter replacements. Ensuring that filter products are replaced when they should be is vital to maintain the quality of filtration that brings people to BRITA, and this position sits right at the heart of making that happen. It’s a role that requires communication, relationship-building and strong organisation skills to make sure that follow-ups happen and that customers get the right level of attention.
