Registered Manager – Children’s Residential (EBD)
NG5 (Rise Park), Nottingham
£50,000–£55,000 DOE + £2,000 Registration Bonus

People Partnership Co is supporting the launch of a new 2-bed EBD children’s home in NG5 and is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead the service through registration and into operation.

Applicants must:
* Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children’s Residential)
* Have previous experience as a Registered Manager within a children’s EBD setting
* Have experience leading or supporting an Ofsted registration process
* Have strong knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 & Quality Standards
* Be able to commute reliably to NG5 (this is a site-based role)
Applications from candidates without current or previous Registered Manager experience will not be considered.
The Role
You will:
* Lead the home through final Ofsted registration stages
* Ensure full regulatory compliance and safeguarding oversight
* Recruit, develop and manage the staff team
* Embed a therapeutic and child-centred culture
* Establish operational systems, care planning and best practice frameworks
* Drive positive inspection outcomes
This is a leadership role requiring confidence, accountability and strong regulatory understanding.
