Operations Supervisor at Cambridge.
Working hours: 40 hours per week
Shift pattern: Sunday 23:00 - 08:00, Monday to Thursday 20:30 - 08:30 (1 hour break)
Salary: £16.57 per hour (premium paid for hours worked between 19:00-22:00 and 22:00-06:00)
What You Will Be Doing
* Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
* Ensuring team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
* Planning and taking action to achieve service level targets
* Educating the team on business goals and service objectives
* Ensuring the team follows safe, secure, and operationally compliant practices during the shift
What Do You Bring With You
* Experience managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment (desirable)
* Ability to manage own and team time effectively with attention to detail
* Energetic and enthusiastic attitude
* Strong customer focus
* Good communication skills
