Based in our Bedford office, we’re a close-knit team of passionate creatives who thrive on collaboration, originality, and producing work that gets people talking. We work with a wide range of exciting brands including TUI, JustEat, Silverstone, Under Armour, LEGO, REFY, Odd Muse and Technogym, with projects taking place both across the UK and occasionally overseas.
The Role
We’re on the lookout for a Junior Videographer & Editor to join our in-house team. This is an ideal role for someone in the early stages of their video career who’s ready to dive into exciting projects, learn quickly, and grow within a creative and fast-paced environment.
You’ll be hands-on from day one, shooting, editing, and helping shape the visual content that defines our clients' brands across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.
We’re not looking for a senior, we’re after a strong junior with solid foundational skills, a great eye, and the ambition to get stuck in.
📍 This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Bedford office. Due to the collaborative nature of our work, we don’t offer remote or hybrid working. We recommend applying only if your commute is within 45 minutes.
🛫 Occasional overseas travel may be required, so a valid passport is essential.
🚗 A full UK driving licence is also required for travel to shoots.
Key Responsibilities
1. Film and edit a wide range of content for social media, web, and marketing campaigns
2. Collaborate with the creative team on storyboarding, planning, and production
3. Operate various cameras and ensure footage is captured to a high standard
4. Set up lighting and sound equipment to elevate production quality
5. Edit footage into polished content using Adobe Premiere Pro (and other Adobe Creative Suite tools as needed)
6. Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
7. Keep on top of social content trends and emerging creative formats
What We’re Looking For
1. A creative eye and strong sense of visual storytelling
2. Confident using Sony cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment
3. Demonstrable filming and editing experience (portfolio or showreel required)
4. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; bonus if you’re also comfortable with After Effects, Photoshop or Audition
5. Proactive, organised, and keen to grow in a fast-paced environment
6. Team player who’s open to feedback and loves bouncing around ideas
7. Must hold a valid passport and UK driving licence
