Job Brief
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Brand and Creative Manager to join our growing Brand and Creative Team. You are a creative strategist with copywriting skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a deep understanding of production workflows. You will ensure the Moneybox brand is brought to life with consistency, clarity, and creativity across all written and visual touchpoints, using best-practice brand principles.
What You\'ll Do
* Report to the Head of Brand and Creative and lead the end-to-end production of our below-the-line advertising pipeline, from ideating concepts and writing scripts to collaborating with designers and motion designers and utilising agencies and production tools to deliver advertising at scale and speed.
* Collaborate on high-visibility ATL campaigns (TV, OOH, Radio). Support on RFPs, briefs, TV shoots, and developing concepts and scripts for radio or OOH campaigns.
* Optimise processes and resource management through standardisation and AI to improve efficiency and creative bandwidth; determine when to lean on internal talent, external agencies, or freelancers.
* Champion creative-best practices during production, planning and shoots to ensure the creative vision is captured accurately.
* Own the brand voice, define what “good sounds like” and write high-impact copy for scripts and campaigns. Maintain and evolve our Tone of Voice guidelines to support stakeholders across the business and protect brand consistency.
* Act as a primary Brand Guardian, proposing strategies and initiatives that propel our brand forward and ensuring creative output is distinct, engaging, and compliant with brand standards.
* Participate in weekly planning and creative pitch sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative output with business objectives.
* Use brand health and creative performance insights to inform work, pivot strategies, and guide additional research as needed.
* Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure campaigns meet financial promotion regulations.
Who You Are
* 7+ years of experience in Brand and Creative (or relevant area) with mastery of copywriting, production, and campaign delivery across BTL and ATL channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, OOH, TV). Comfortable with both strategy and hands-on execution.
* Portfolio of strong campaigns across digital, social, and advertising channels showing how work drove commercial results.
* Mastery of brand principles, Tone of Voice, and production methodologies; ensures high quality in every deliverable.
* Data-literate and able to use performance insights (CTR, CPA, etc.) to inform creative decisions; strong conceptual skills with a holistic view of copy, motion, and design.
* Experience planning and overseeing shoots (video/stills) and providing on-set direction.
* Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, balancing creativity with commercial pragmatism and prioritisation.
* Clear communication of creative rationale to build relationships across the business.
* Proactive in exploring and implementing AI tools to enhance creative output and operational efficiency.
* Interest in how emerging technologies and Generative AI are reshaping brand storytelling and production.
* Experience in a regulated industry is a plus but not essential.
* Owning your work with attention to detail while remaining curious and eager to learn.

Working Policy
We have a hybrid policy that includes 2 days from our London office and 3 from home. If the role is hybrid or remote, candidates must be based within the UK.
