New Sales Executive

28-32k + bonus + benefits

Our busy Alarm Receiving & Remote Video Response Centre is located in Yate, where our highly experienced teamwork 24-hours a day, 365-days a year providing outstanding customer care and technical support to grow our customer base.

Role

This new and exciting role involves the profitable development of new and existing installers / maintainers across the UK to increase the connections and revenue. It also involves development of any new end clients. This role works closely with the Keyholding side of the business to help our full blended solution to security services.

Key Responsibilities

· To raise commercial profile to 3rd party potential and current installers / maintainers

· To raise commercial profile to any potential clients that may require any of our services

· To identify and introduce potential customers to VRC and our range of services

· To maintain relationships and retain existing customers

· Target all NSI / SSAIB installers / maintainers

· To attend sales appointments to sell the company’s products and services if required

· To focus on customer retention to reduce “loss of business”.

· Collate detailed information and ensure all correct documentation is utilised

· To ensure the correct sales process is adhered to at all times

· The consistent attainment of agreed targets

· Regular communication with the Business Development Director

· Build relationships with our tech partners, ie CSL, Calipsa, BT Redcare

· Utilise Cash 4 Windows and other systems to help track the customer journey (new and existing)

· Ensure all sales are delivered profitably

· Attend Trade Shows as and when required to enhance our visibility in the market

· Work with marketing to develop our profile

Requirements

* Professional with excellent communication, admin and people skills

* Responsible person with the ability to work to structured plans

* Flexible to respond quickly to new requirements

* Excellent Microsoft Office skills

* Strong team player

* Excellent communication skills

* Self-motivated, self-managing and independent

* Ability to learn new skills

* High attention to detail

* Understanding of NSI requirements beneficial but not a requirement as full training will be provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

* Bonus scheme
