Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Food Technology Teacher to join our thriving secondary school in Colne from September to December 2025 (initially on a fixed-term basis). This is an excellent opportunity to inspire and engage students in a subject that is both creative and essential to everyday life.
The Role
* Teach Food Technology across KS3 and KS4
* Plan and deliver engaging, practical lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Foster a love of cooking, nutrition, and food science among students
* Maintain high standards of classroom management and pupil achievement
* Collaborate with the wider Design & Technology faculty
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
* Experience teaching Food Technology at secondary level
* Strong classroom presence and excellent communication skills
* A genuine passion for the subject and a creative approach to teaching
* Ability to work effectively as part of a supportive and forward-thinking team
