Customer Service Advisor (Temp to Perm)
We're currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced team, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position over time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a solid background in customer service and basic IT systems.
Key details:
* Pay rate: £14.01 per hour
* Shift pattern Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
* Location: Banbury
Key Responsibilities
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
* Processing orders, updating records, and maintaining accurate system data
* Supporting with scheduling, filing, and other administrative duties
* Ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times
* Processing and tracking customer orders
* Supporting with account queries and updates
About You
* Previous experience in a customer service and/or administrative role
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
* Confident IT skills, including MS Office and data entry systems
* A proactive, team-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
What we're looking for:
* Previous production experience preferred but not essential
* Reliable & a passion for customer service
* Good attention to detail
