Role: Insights Analyst
Location: Chichester – Hybrid Working
Salary: £26,250 per annum + Excellent Benefits

About the Role
Solid Recruitment is seeking a commercially aware and detail-driven Insights Analyst to join a growing Operations team. Work with high-quality data to drive customer and business outcomes Deliver accurate, insightful reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Play a key role in improving efficiency and reporting standards
Support continuous improvement across operations
Key Responsibilities
Analysis & Reporting
* Analyse sector and portfolio-level data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
* Produce contractually required customer reports within agreed SLAs
* Prepare budgets, accruals, consumption reports, spend and margin analysis
* Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools
* Deliver ad hoc analysis for internal stakeholders and prospects
Data & Performance
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems
* Support continuous improvement of reporting processes and workflows
* Identify savings opportunities and performance improvements
* Assist with onboarding new customers from a reporting perspective
Communication & Collaboration
* Manage customer and stakeholder queries via email and phone within SLAs
* Work closely with Account Management and Operations teams
* Provide clear updates to senior stakeholders on reporting progress and findings
* Collaborate across teams to improve reporting workflows and outcomes
Systems & Tools
* You will regularly work with tools including:
* Looker
* Microsoft Excel and Office 365
* CMOS
* Litmos
* HR Locker
* Appriasd
About You
* We are looking for someone who is:
* Analytical, organised and detail-focused
* Commercially aware with strong reporting skills
* Confident using Looker and Excel
* Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
* A strong communicator who works well across teams
