AFSSA™ (Annual Floor Safety Standard Assurance) is an emerging independent framework focused on floor safety, condition‑led risk identification, due diligence, and long‑term flooring management across commercial environments.
Currently operating within its South Coast pilot phase, AFSSA is developing a structured and evidence‑based approach to helping organisations better understand, document, and manage flooring‑related risks within sectors such as education, healthcare, housing, facilities management, hospitality, and commercial property.
