We are seeking an Apprentice to join our busy Revenues and Benefits team. You will work towards a Business Administrator Level 3 qualification while providing support in areas such as:
* Local Council Tax Support
* Non-Domestic Rates
* Blue Badges
After training, you will handle information related to council tax accounts, benefit claims, blue badges, and respond to customer inquiries via telephone.
You should be flexible, accurate, and capable of meeting deadlines in a performance-driven environment.
This is a fixed-term position for 2 years, aligned with the qualification duration. It offers a valuable opportunity to earn while learning, gaining practical experience and formal certification that will benefit your career in business administration.
