Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Claims Agent, based in Newcastle Upon Tyne with flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include managing, assessing, and processing claims related to property damage and other insured incidents. The Technical Claims Agent will handle customer inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and work collaboratively with various internal teams to ensure efficient claims resolution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Claims Handling and Claims Management
* Strong understanding of Insurance principles and procedures
* Knowledge of Property Damage assessment and resolution
* Exceptional Customer Service skills
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage complex cases and work effectively under pressure
* Experience in motor or mobility insurance is a plus
* Proficiency in using claims management software is desirable
