THE ROLE & LOCATION
Job Title: Finance Administrator
Location: Liverpool City Centre
THE ROLE
We are now looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Assistant Management Accountant and providing overall financial support to the wider team as required, key aspects of your role will include:
Responsible for posting over £16m of rent collections onto our property management software and Sage
Reconciling banks and fixing any variances
Ensuring compliance with deposit protection schemes
Answer finance queries by phone/email and keep records organised
Petty cash reconciling and banking
Matching purchase orders and delivery notes to invoices
Processing timesheets and assisting with payroll
Support month-end tasks and other admin as required
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Experience in a finance role.
Accurate and good with numbers.
Good working knowledge of Excel.
Able to organise your own workload and meet deadlines.
Clear, polite communication and good customer service.
Able to keep information confidential.
SALARY
£27,000.00-£30,000.00 dependent on experience.
WORKING HOURS
40 hours per week.
