We are now seeking an experienced and confident Nursery Leader to take on the role of Head of Oakley School Nursery. Our Nursery is a thriving, all-year-round early years setting offering care from 6 months to school age. This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead a growing, dedicated and enthusiastic team, and to shape the strong foundations that support children at the very start of their school journey. We are looking for a leader with substantial nursery management experience, who is: • highly experienced in early years practice, including curriculum planning and delivery; • skilled and confident in leading and developing a team; • passionate about giving every child the best possible start in life; • committed to fostering positive relationships with children and families; • motivated to make a meaningful difference within our school community.
