As a Case Assistant, you’ll support the team with day‑to‑day case management and essential administrative tasks, helping ensure claims are handled efficiently and accurately. How you'll make an impact • Enter data using online and in‑house systems. • Assist with case administration across the department. • Prepare documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Manage core administrative tasks including photocopying, filing and scanning. • Maintain a tidy, organised and professional workspace. About You • Strong organisational and numeracy skills. • Confident use of Microsoft Office. • The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. • A friendly, helpful and professional approach.
