EOC Services Limited is expanding and is looking for an
External Sales Representative
to support continued growth. This is a varied, hands-on role reporting directly to the Directors, offering real responsibility, autonomy, and long-term career progression.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing enquiries from both new and existing customers, while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Responding promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email
* Identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities
* Visiting customer sites to understand requirements and propose solutions
* Preparing designs and producing accurate quotations
* Supporting and collaborating with other members of the sales team
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery
* Coordinating with external trades involved in installation projects
* Maintaining strong organisation to manage communications and follow-ups
* Thriving in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in the Air Conditioning sales sector (minimum 1 year preferred)
* Industry experience preferred
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
* A proactive, self-motivated approach
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
