We're looking for an enthusiastic Onboarding Co-Ordinator to join a busy Adult Skills team at DN Colleges Group. This role is perfect for someone who is organised, reliable, and ready for a new challenge.
The Group Onboarding Co-ordinator is a crucial member of the Adult Skills curriculum team, primarily responsible for onboarding students onto their qualifications via e-learning platforms, into the classroom, and workplace learning courses. The role will involve liaison with students, employers, curriculum colleagues and central college services such as Student Information Services.
This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for all our students within the curriculum areas.
What you'll be doing:
1. Enrol students onto online learning platforms, classroom learning and workplace courses, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are accurately processed within a timely manner.
2. Respond to student and employer queries via email, phone, and other communication channels, maintaining a high level of customer service.
3. Provide timely and effective support to students in accessing online systems, classroom learning, and workplace courses, addressing any technical issues or queries they may have.
4. Maintain and update learner records utilising the college’s MIS, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
5. Work closely with other departments, including IT and academic colleagues, to ensure students receive comprehensive support.
6. Conduct orientation sessions for new students to familiarise them with the online learning platforms and resources available.
7. Gather feedback from students regarding their onboarding experience and suggest improvements to enhance the process.
8. Ensure all onboarding activities comply with college policies and associated funding rules and guidance.
9. Carry out relevant general administration duties within the Team.
What we're looking for:
10. Some admin and/or customer service experience.
11. Level 2 or higher qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent appropriate experience/technical expertise within the education sector
12. A positive, can-do attitude with good communication skills.
13. Organised and detail-focused, able to manage tasks without losing track.
14. Dependable and flexible, comfortable with changing priorities.
15. Able to use initiative and a proactive approach when solving problems.

Let’s Teach The LET’s teach programme supports new members of teaching staff in terms of college systems and key teaching and learning areas including new staff lesson visits and postcard peeps. Let’s Bloom
The LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
