Key Skills & Experience Technical Skills (Essential)We're looking for candidates with hands-on experience in:? Troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issuesDiagnosing and resolving faults efficiently across a modern ICT estate.? Supporting Windows 10/11 desktop environmentsDelivering seamless end-user support within a Microsoft-based ecosystem.? Active Directory / Entra ID administrationManaging users, groups, permissions, and identity-based access controls.? SCCM / Intune package creation & deploymentBuilding drivers, updating software, and supporting modern device management.? Working in a fast-paced ICT Service Desk environmentSupporting a varied user base with professionalism and resilience.? Creating user documentation & knowledge-based contentTranslating technical information into clear, user-friendly guidance.
