Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor your responsibilities will include:
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
* Provide detailed product and service information to customers.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
* Process and manage customer orders with attention to detail.
* Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Support the team in meeting service level agreements and targets.
* Contribute to a positive and professional customer service environment.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the life science industry.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools.
* An organised and detail-oriented approach to work.
