SERVICE CHARGE-We pay our team service charge each month! This service charge all goes into one pot, and 100% of that service charge is then shared amongst all the team at the hotel-every penny received is paid out to the team.
Service charge can be in the region of £150 a month (close to £2000 per year) over and above base pay for a full time employee.

As a Food & Beverage Manager you will lead our Food & Beverage team and ensure we always providing exceptional service to our guests, helping them make memories that last a lifetime.
What you'll be doing:
As Food & Beverage Manager, you'll oversee all food and drink operations onsite, ensuring every area runs smoothly and delivers an exceptional guest experience and service. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing daily operations across restaurants, bars, conference and events including weddings and private dinners
2. Leading, training and motivating the F&B team - including recruitment, onboarding and rota management
3. Planning and delivering events and functions throughout the year
4. Monitoring stock levels, managing supplier orders and maintaining strong cost control
5. Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, food hygiene and health & safety
6. Managing administrative processes, staff records and digital systems
7. Working closely with senior management to meet commercial and operational targets
This is a full-time, permanent position, working 48 hours per week, including some evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
What we're looking for:
8. At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management F&B role
9. Conference and Banqueting experience
10. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, guide and motivate a diverse team
11. Knowledge of stock management, cost control and menu pricing
12. Excellent organisational, administrative and digital-systems capability
13. A guest-focused approach with a passion for exceptional service
14. Flexible, positive and able to adapt within a busy coperate or leisure environment
