We're looking for a kind, compassionate, and reliable Care Assistant to provide one-on-one complex care for our clients in North London. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life, helping her live as comfortably and independently as possible.
We offer
Working with our client who has complex care needs (specialized healthcare and support for individuals with long-term, severe, or multiple health conditions, often requiring a higher level of medical expertise and ongoing support). For example:
* Dementia
* Spinal injury and spinal care
* Ventilation via tracheostomy
* Oral suctioning
* Brain injury
* Learning disability
* Autism
* Neurological disorders
* Respiratory issues
* Severe mobility limitations.
Care assistants must have previous experience with these specific needs.
