Role Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging 1:1 GCSE tuition sessions
* Support students in core subjects such as Maths, English, and Science
* Plan and adapt lessons based on individual learning needs
* Help improve student confidence, motivation, and exam readiness
* Provide structured academic support for learners who may be SEN, SEMH, or disengaged from mainstream education

Ideal Candidate
* Experience tutoring or teaching GCSE level content
* Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, or Science
* Experience working with young people (SEN experience desirable)
* Patient, supportive, and adaptable approach
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
