Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Client Relationship Manager based in Cambridge, UK. You will serve as the strategic point of contact for key clients, owning relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring delivery excellence. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders is essential to co-create IT solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
o Act as the main liaison between the client and internal teams.
o Build and maintain C-level relationships within client organizations.
o Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive engagement.
o Develop and implement account strategies aligned with client business goals.
o Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling IT services such as cloud, digital transformation, data, and cybersecurity.
o Drive revenue growth and support business targets.
2. Delivery Oversight:
o Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure project success and SLA compliance.
o Address escalations and maintain high-quality service delivery.
o Monitor KPIs and project health across engagements.
3. Stakeholder Management:
o Work with technical, sales, and delivery teams internally.
o Provide regular updates to leadership and clients.
o Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
o Stay informed on industry trends and client challenges.
o Advise clients on emerging technologies and IT strategies.
o Encourage innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge of IT services, including application development, cloud, data, infrastructure, and managed services.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
Nice to Have:
* Experience with global delivery models.
* Engineering skills in the IT industry.
* Familiarity with frameworks like ITIL, Agile, or SAFe.
