Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team who has preferably worked in the residential park home industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administrative tasks and office management, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.
Duties
* Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
* Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks
* Utilise Microsoft Office systems
* Assist with financial tasks
* Organise files and maintain an orderly filing system to ensure easy access to information
* Support the team with various administrative duties as needed
Skills
* Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative processes
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Typing skills for accurate data entry and documentation
* Demonstrated clerical experience in a professional setting
* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
