The Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Corporate Finance Manager on behalf of a Large Service business with offices in Luton.
The Role
As Corporate Finance Manager you will assist with the long term strategy for growth and development for the business through capital investment, analysis and forecasting. Day to day duties will consist of:
1. Economic modelling and forecasting
2. Long term strategic planning
3. Building/improving existing commercial models
4. Proactive finance business partnering support
5. Analysis of business cases for Capital investment
6. Growth strategy
7. Assist in formulating the future direction of the company
8. Debt refinancing
9. Modelling of commercial projects
10. Own the forecasting and budget process (overseeing the more detailed analysis undertaken by Business Partners and asking the right questions to pull it together).
11. Ad hoc project work.
12. Able to prepare Board reports that get to the core of any variances.
Your Profile
This would be an excellent first move for someone from a Corporate Finance background or similarly a Qualified Accountant with a Commercial Mindset and who has been involved in long term investment appraisal activity within a business. You will have a good understanding of Business Partnering and FP&A and developing robust forecasts.
