Overview

Bid Manager - Facilities Management role at GPSkal Assessoria e Projetos. Location: Whiteley, PO15 (Hybrid).


Responsibilities

* Take ownership of the end-to-end bid process and manage new business development opportunities to support growth within Facilities Management.
* Provide leadership in the preparation and submission of winning proposals, working with the Head of Business Support.
* Manage opportunities from initial identification through to go live and contract renewal strategy; drive pre-bid capture and align resources with client requirements early.
* Introduce and implement bid procedures, governance, and processes; work under pressure to meet deadlines; strong people management and commercial skills.


Our ideal candidate / Qualifications

* Degree or equivalent professional qualification/experience.
* Proven ability to deliver winning, multi-million-pound opportunities in Facilities Management or construction.
* Leadership skills in office-based and virtual environments; excellent communicator at director level.
* Fully conversant with FM competitive marketplace; experience managing complex, multi-workstream opportunities.
* Understanding of internal governance procedures; background in FM solution selling and bid management from opportunity to delivery.
* Bid writing experience; strong commercial understanding and risk management.


Requirements

* Location: Whiteley, PO15 (Hybrid).
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week; flexibility to meet role requirements.
