In this role, the successful Mechanical Engineer would be responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of cutting-edge aircraft, making a real impact in a highly specialised environment.
The ideal Mechanical Engineer Supervisor would have a background in mechanical engineering and ideally from military or aeronautics and be local, or have plans to move to Anglesey, Wales.
The Role
* Review operational performance of aircraft systems and components
* Analyse and diagnose faults, apply technical knowledge to repair, modify, or improve procedures
* Ensure team meets maintenance schedules, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary
* Maintain personal and team competencies for aircraft/component work
* Demonstrate flexibility and proactive attitude, follow direction appropriately
