Chartered Building Surveyor – Commercial Location: Leeds

Due to continued growth, the Leeds office is seeking an ambitious Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse commercial portfolio while gaining exposure to significant clients and high-level instructions.
The Opportunity
You will enjoy a varied workload covering both professional and project-led services, including:
* Delivery of core professional building surveying advice across commercial assets
* Project work ranging from refurbishments and fit-outs to wider capital expenditure schemes
* Building surveys, condition surveys and technical due diligence
* Dilapidations for both landlords and tenants
* Planned preventative maintenance strategies and lifecycle reporting
* Direct client engagement and management of your own instructions
* Work across office, industrial and retail properties
* Collaboration with multidisciplinary colleagues across the wider regional network
This role offers hands‑on experience, responsibility and direct client exposure from day one.
About You
* MRICS qualified Building Surveyor
* 0–3 years PQE, ideally within a consultancy environment
* Experience across commercial property sectors (office, industrial and/or retail)
* Confident delivering both professional and project-based work
* Client-facing, proactive and technically adeptKeen to grow your career within a supportive boutique consultancy setting
