Pay: £444.60 – £475 per week (paid via PAYE)
Hours: Monday to Friday | Flexible hours
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to begin a rewarding career in education as a Trainee Teaching Assistant. You will work closely with teachers to support pupils’ learning and development across the school day. In this role, you will help deliver engaging classroom activities, provide support to small groups and individual pupils, and offer one-to-one assistance to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will assist in preparing classroom resources and contribute to creating a stimulating and safe learning environment. Throughout your placement, you will observe and support pupils’ progress, help promote positive behaviour and social skills, and gain practical experience in managing classroom routines. This position provides hands-on training and insight into the education sector, allowing you to develop valuable skills and knowledge that can lead to long-term career opportunities in teaching or educational support.
Responsibilities
