Responsibilities
* Manage all operations enabling service contracts, including FM, MHE, PPE, workwear, soft services and waste management ensuring full compliance with legal, financial and commercial standards through robust monthly, quarterly and annual reviews
* Develop and implement a transition strategy to a ‘Vested’ outsourcing model aligned with ISO 44001 for all contracts
* Oversee delivery of investment and fixed cost objectives through strong governance and performance tracking
* Collaborate with the transformation team to drive modernisation initiatives across operations
Qualifications
* Strong financial and commercial acumen
* Proven ability to manage complex contracts and challenging customer relationships
* Solid background in Facilities Management operations and strategy
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent qualification)

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
