We are looking for an experienced administration and clerical officer to join our medical photography team. This role will offer the opportunity to work across Dudley Group of Hospitals sites.
Main duties of the job
To meet and greet patients on arrival to the department
To book appointments for medical photography
To deal with queries regarding referrals or appointments
To update patient details on PAS system
To liaise with medical photography team on a daily basis
To support filing and other administrative tasks

Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. Educated to GCSE O level standard or equivalent in English Language and Maths. Grade C or above, OR relevant experience in a similar NHS role.
Desirable criteria
2. ECDL
3. NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service
Knowledge

4. Understanding of Risk Management, Data Protection and Information Governance

5. Experience of using RIS, and OASIS, IEP in a NHS environment
