What You'll Do:
As their Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of their executive team. Your responsibilities will include:
Diary Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with a keen eye for detail.
Communication Hub: Act as a liaison between executives and various departments, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
Project Support: Assist with project management tasks, from organising documents to tracking deadlines.
Administrative Tasks: Handle day-to-day administrative functions, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining files.
Event Coordination: Help plan and organise team events and meetings that foster collaboration and boost morale.What They are Looking For:
Exceptional Organisational Skills: You have a gift for keeping things in order and managing competing priorities with ease.
Strong Communication: Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey information clearly and professionally.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various project management tools is a must. If you can navigate new software like a pro, even better!
Positive Attitude: You bring a cheerful demeanor to the workplace, helping to create a supportive and energetic environment.
