Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $65,000 – $105,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Policy Analyst to research, analyse, and write on policy issues that affect the organisation. The role combines deep research craft with sharp writing — turning complex policy into clear, actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyse legislation, regulation, and policy trends in assigned areas
- Write policy briefs, position papers, and recommendation memos
- Build models or scenario analyses to evaluate policy options
- Track key bills, regulatory proceedings, and policy developments
- Partner with public affairs, legal, and product teams on cross-functional issues
- Support stakeholder engagement and external policy communications
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years in policy analysis, research, or government roles
- Strong research skills across primary and secondary sources
- Excellent written communication, including policy writing
- Familiarity with quantitative analysis and basic modeling
- Comfort engaging with regulators, advocates, and academic audiences
- Master's in public policy, economics, or related field is a plus
