Caterpillar is looking for a Project Manager to join the EAME Centre of Excellence within EAME Distribution division. In this role within the central core team, you'll be responsible for project management to deliver on key distribution initiatives, working closely with regional teams, internal stakeholders and external business partners to support profitable growth for Caterpillar and dealers in the region.

EAME Distribution's mission is to deliver superior customer experience, profitable market leadership and services growth through a differentiated distribution network. We work closely with our segment partners & Caterpillar dealers across Europe, Africa, Middle East, and Eurasia.
What You'll Do
This role is ideal for someone with experience in managing multiple workstreams simultaneously across a variety of projects. You'll lead strategic initiatives, structure solutions, and engage stakeholders to deliver measurable results. You'll help shape the future by enabling growth, improving customer outcomes & delivering real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Strategic Projects: Manage end-to-end delivery of major initiatives focused on elevating customer experience in product support, strengthening dealer capability across the EAME region, expanding technology-driven support solutions, and accelerating service performance through AI‑enabled tools.
Drive Project Management Excellence: Apply strong expertise in project management methodologies and tools, including facilitating project planning sessions, leading charter development, building and validating network diagrams, and running integration and schedule‑compression workshops.
Influence and Collaborate Across the Business: Partner effectively across a matrixed organisation, guiding stakeholders in applying structured project management practices and coaching them on their roles, responsibilities, and best-in-class delivery behaviours.
Key Skills And Responsibilities
Project Management – Lead and execute complex, cross-functional initiatives. Proven ability to align teams and deliver results across all operational workstreams
Creative Problem Solving – Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving innovative solutions. Strong ability to synthesize insights and trends into actionable plans
Data Visualisation – Ability to manage and analyse data to tell a story. Power BI / dashboard creation skills would be a plus
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication – Build trust with internal and external stakeholders. Strong written and verbal skills tailored to diverse audiences and the ability to create impactful presentations
Relationship Management – Foster collaboration, ensure stakeholder alignment, and follow-through on commitments.
Strategic Thinking & Decision Making – Turn strategy into action. Confident in using data to create clarity, direction, and strategic choices.
Customer Focus – Understand customer needs, define solutions across short, medium and long-term horizons, and continuously evaluate impact.
What Will Put You Forward
A completed bachelor's degree (required)
Extensive and progressive experience in roles that allowed you to develop expertise in the listed skills through a variety of field and central roles in product support or sales & marketing.
Extensive experience in strategy, project management, business analytics
Desirable
Familiarity with Six Sigma or structured problem-solving methodologies is a plus

Job Title: EAME Senior Project Lead - Distribution
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £65,000-£80,000 depending on experience
