A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a commercial property associate to join the Real Estate Team of a leading law firm, based in Buckinghamshire (only 25 minutes out of central London by train). The Team is involved in all aspects of commercial property/real estate work including landlord, occupier and investment finance. Clients include corporate landlord, occupiers, banks, hotels, restaurants, retailers, industrial units, sporting and educational establishments, private investors and infrastructure owners. The role requires working closely with other Team members and offers real personal career progression opportunities. The successful candidate will have 1 years PQE. The team Have an excellent, long-standing reputation for our expertise across all commercial property/real estate disciplines. Geographically placed to attract work from a wide area. These factors provide the Team with a strong, established stream of work, as well as a flow of referrals in from our wider commercial department teams. Key experience This opportunity is ideally suited for a solicitor of 1 years PQE, who has solid commercial property experience, has an interest in business development and is keen on continually improving ways of working and adapting positively to change.
