Working Pattern: Hybrid with 2 days from home and 3 days in the community
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

About the Role As a
Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will provide hands-on clinical leadership across community packages, supporting children, families and care teams to deliver safe, person-centred care. This role suits an experienced paediatric nurse who enjoys autonomy, leadership and building strong relationships in the community.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical oversight of paediatric community care packages
- Completion of assessments, care plans and ongoing reviews
- Training, competency sign-off and clinical supervision of staff
- Liaison with families, MDTs and commissioners
