About the Role

Welcome and greet guests warmly, providing a first-class impression of Il Gattopardo.

Manage reservations, guest seating, and waitlists efficiently and professionally.

Coordinate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow.

Assist guests with enquiries, special requests, and general dining needs.
*
Maintain a polished and organized reception area, reflecting the high standards of the restaurant.

Support the team in delivering an exceptional dining experience for every guest.
Key Criteria
*
Have previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or in a similar front-of-house role in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel environment.

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming manner.

Be highly organized, with the ability to manage reservations, guest flow, and seating efficiently.

Show a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
