Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an RGN Deputy Manager, located in Billingshurst, West Sussex. The RGN Deputy Manager will oversee day-to-day operations within the care home, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and high standards of patient care. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, conducting staff training, monitoring patient care plans, and liaising with healthcare professionals to optimize care delivery. The role also involves ensuring the care home adheres to budgetary constraints while maintaining excellent service quality.
Qualifications:
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with valid NMC PIN
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance
* Experience in care planning and patient assessment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
* Proficient in using healthcare management software
* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
