We are looking for enthusiastic Residential Support Workers to join our team in Southampton!

Your Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
* Provide flexible and individualized care packages for our children and young adults.
* Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with our young people.
* Promote, safeguard, and protect the welfare of our residents.
* Encourage the development of individual interests and skills.
* Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Work a 3-week rolling rota comprising 7 × 24-hour shifts (09:00-09:30 the following day), including sleep-ins, with 1 weekend off every 3 weeks.
* Accept direction and guidance from team leaders and colleagues.
* Be willing to undertake a DBS check at an enhanced level (cost covered by us).
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children and young people, with an understanding of the challenges they face.
* A willingness to work towards a Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma or equivalent (Level 3/4).
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car for travel.
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
* Experience with Emotional Behavioural Disorder, Social/Residential Work, or Youth Work is a plus!
What We Offer
* A competitive salary: £33,349.58 for unqualified staff and up to £35,935.36 for qualified staff (Level 3/4), including sleep-in shifts.
